Lynne, thanks, it's also one of my favorite dish, my Tuscan soul is so strong :-)

Simona, I had never seen it before as a plant, thought it was shorter :-) anyway, one of the best peculiar winter ingredients, and guess what, till some years ago scarcely found outside Tuscany!
